So back to the old stuff............
I was a bit gutted last Thursday when I went to the slimming club, I'd worked hard again at it apart from the walking and the gym I have to admit, I've pulled a muscle in my back, it's what I though was a chill in my kidneys but seems to be a pull, so I'm not going to aggravate it but as soon as it's better I will be back on track with the fitness I promise. So as I said I was gutted I'd lost nothing as I'd worked so hard, so let's hope it's only even a pound this week, I did break the rules a bit at the reunion but not much and I've been good since, so if it's not a pound I'm going to amputate and arm or something, lol.
So guys better luck this week let's hope, keep everything crossed for me on Thursday please? xxx
